54. All Claimed Engines Must Be Removed. From Car At Track, Buyer Must Examine Engine Before Removal, Once removal Is Started, Sale Is Final. Any Sabotage To Claimed Engine will Result In Sabotuer Being Suspended From All UMP Races For 30 Days, & Until Fine Of $1,000.00 Is Paid
